What is included in the Starter (free) plan?
Starter includes 5 invoices per month and unlimited quotes, so you can send real invoices without paying up front.
Who should stay on the free plan?
Stay free if you only send a few invoices each month, want unlimited quotes, and your first 3 free auto-chased invoices (a lifetime allowance, not a monthly one) and 1 free recurring series cover what you need for now.
When should I upgrade to Pro?
Upgrade to Pro when you need unlimited invoices, unlimited automated reminders (beyond your first 3 invoices, ever), or more than one active recurring series at a time.
What happens if I reach a limit?
You are never charged extra for reaching a limit - there are no overage fees. On Starter, once you have sent 5 invoices in a month, sending or creating another is blocked with a prompt to upgrade until the 1st of next month (NZ time), and any drafts you have already saved are kept. Voice invoices and Offsider chats each have a monthly allowance on every plan: at the limit they stop (with a prompt to upgrade on the smaller plans) and start again on the 1st. The free reminders and the free recurring series work differently: past your allowance the extra one is left switched off and your invoice still goes out.
What do I get with the Growth plan?
Growth (A$59/mo) includes everything in Pro plus the AI layer and Projects Pro. Voice-to-invoice: dictate the job out loud, AI drafts the invoice, you review and send. Every plan includes some (3 a month on Starter, 10 on Pro); Growth gives you 100 voice invoices a month. Running more than one business, or want a "Request a Quote" form on your website? Those are add-ons: A$9 a month for each extra business (up to 5 open businesses in all, each under your single ABN) and A$9 a month for the lead form with its Enquiries inbox.
What is the Care plan?
Care (A$79/mo including 3 workers) is Growth plus the NDIS support work tools, Xero sync and the claims pack. After the third worker it is A$8 a worker for workers 4 to 10, A$7 for 11 to 30, A$6 from the 31st. You pay for the workers you have: a worker counts from the invite, and an invite that expires or is cancelled stops counting. Care is for Australian businesses and is billed monthly.
Is anything added on top of these prices?
No. All AU prices shown are in Australian dollars (A$) and are the total you pay. Invio is not registered for GST in Australia or in New Zealand, so no GST is added to your subscription.
Can I cancel Pro or Growth anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period.
